I am the Vice President of Financial Services for the West Tennessee Healthcare Foundation, originally founded in 1984 as a hospital foundation, but now serving the region as a community foundation. This is my personal blog and one dedicated to ENGAGED Leadership. If you want your organization engaged, you must be engaged first.
My passions are in helping others with being more productive; through organizational development, sales, social media, and nonprofit management.
It is my hope you will find the information contained here to be helpful to you, no matter where you find yourself in the game called life. Relevant content is defined as something you can put into action personally or through your corporate structure. Much of what we hear is never implemented…I hope we can change that by keeping the focus on ENGAGEMENT.
I will be updating my blog 3-4 times per week. If you would like to stay connected and don’t miss any new information, you can subscribe via RSS or email.
